Wedding at Shrine Pass with Colorado Lifestyle Photography

Jes and Andrew’s Wedding at Shrine Pass just happened to be on the most perfect fall day. It really could not have been better. Sunshine, golden aspen leaves, and love!!!

They each got ready at their hotel in Frisco, and then we headed over to Lake Dillon for their intimate first look. Jes and Andrew decided they wanted to read their vows to each other by the lake, before their “official” ceremony at Shrine Pass. It was so special, being able to have that time with just the two of them, before their ceremony and reception. They really got to just take in the moment and be present with each other.

Then we all headed up to Shrine Pass for their wedding ceremony. Jes and Andrew both love the mountains and being outdoors, so getting married at 11,094ft could not have been more perfect for them! Their wedding was officiated by one of their close friends, (because you can self solemnize in Colorado), and they invited their closest friends and family as witnesses. After the ceremony, we got a picture of everyone together, a few formal portraits, and my favorite, the champagne spray with the bridal party.

And then we all drove down to the Frisco Day Lodge for cocktail hour, dinner and reception.
