I had so much fun helping Bryan plan this winter proposal at Officer’s Gulch in Frisco. Including his request to set up two dozen roses and a champagne toast as another surprise, after the proposal. I know Elissa really appreciated all of the little details he thought of to make this day special for her, too.
And I love photographing surprise proposals at Officer’s Gulch! It’s one of my favorite locations in the mountains, all year round. For this morning proposal, we were the only ones here, so it also feels very private and secluded. It’s also a convenient location to get to, right off of I-70. Whether you are coming from Vail, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon or Breckenridge. There is always enough parking and it’s a short walk to the frozen pond.
