I love summertime in the mountains. The fresh air and adventure feeds my soul. And for this Vail Family Photographer, there is nothing better than watching the sun set at Shrine Pass. At 11,000 feet, it feels like you are on top of the world. And we happened to have the entire meadow to ourselves. Between the wildflowers and the alpenglow, it was like the Sound of Music. Pure magic. Of course, this family was also completely beautiful, inside and out. We had a fun time getting to know each other while we played and made memories together. Because photo shoots are about more than taking one good family picture. They are about unplugging and spending quality time together. Loving on your kids and your partner. And capturing the feeling of family.
