So this is five. Happy 5th birthday, Wyatt Ford! We started this little tradition one year ago for your fourth birthday. And it’s amazing how much you have changed in a year. You still love all sports, but you have outgrown your Little Tikes basketball hoop. You are not afraid to put your face underwater any more. And this summer you did more cannonballs than I can count! You are the sweetest, most thoughtful little boy that I know. And I love that you are always up for a good book and a snuggle on the couch. You melt my heart with one touch of your little hand on my face. And I know this will be my last year having you home in the mornings with me before your race off to kindergarten. So Mama is trying to hold onto these moments and make them last just a little bit longer.
