Ryan and Kelsey were coming to Colorado on vacation from Atlanta. And Ryan dreamed of a surprise proposal and engagement session at Twin Lakes. We talked several times on the phone leading up to the big day. And I helped him plan all of the little details. The day of the proposal was hazy due to all of the wildfire smoke. But we could still make out the majestic mountains in the distance. And the moment was perfect.
Afterwards, we had a beautiful engagement session on the beach to celebrate the happy couple. And since they were traveling, they had all of their luggage in the car. So Ryan and Kelsey did a quick outfit change. One of the most challenging details can be getting your partner dressed up for the big surprise, without giving anything away. Ryan executed it perfectly.
