Trey contacted me to help plan this Sapphire Point Surprise Proposal for his now fiancé Kelci. This sweet couple drove up from Texas for a vacation in the mountains, and he wanted to give Kelci a very special picnic. I don’t know how he did it, but we waited to meet until the third day of their vacation. In the meantime, Trey and Kelci enjoyed the outdoors and biking all around Summit County. On the evening of the proposal at Sapphire Point, Trey packed a romantic picnic, including a picnic, basket, blanket, and bottle of wine. It was his excuse to have Kelci dress up for a date night in the mountains, instead of wearing hiking clothes. After they finished eating, they stood up to take in the views, and then he got down on one knee. Kelci was completely surprised…and she said yes!!
I had a wonderful time, celebrating with Trey & Kelci, and showing them around the rest of Sapphire Point for their engagement session. At the end of the night, Trey thanked me for all of the help planning the proposal details, and said he couldn’t have pulled it off with out me. It was the biggest compliment! But really, he was the one that had to hide the ring, and do all of the hard work. So congratulations again, Trey & Kelci!! I wish you both the best planning your future together!
“You did such a great job Kristin, and I wouldn’t of been able to have such a successful proposal without you. Thank you for all of your help! We had such a great time with our engagement photo shoot.” – Trey
