There’s something about a quiet morning in Ford Park that feels almost unreal. Especially when it becomes the setting for a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Dan and Steph’s proposal started simply. No rush, no distractions. Just the two of them walking hand in hand across the covered bridge, completely wrapped up in the beauty of the moment.

What Steph didn’t notice (at first) were the rose petals scattered across the bridge, the candles lining the walkway, or me, quietly waiting with my camera. And that’s what made what happened next even more powerful.

As they reached the end of the covered bridge, everything shifted. Dan dropped to one knee. Steph’s reaction was immediate. After the proposal, we slowed things down and explored more of Ford Park together. We captured moments along the creek, near the second bridge, and throughout the park’s quiet paths.
