For Sawyer’s one year old pictures in Boulder, we went the first location I ever met her parents. The NCAR Table Mesa Trailhead in Boulder. I met Alexa and David last year, for their Boulder maternity session. Sawyer’s newborn session was in their home. So I love that they wanted to bring her to NCAR to celebrate her first birthday! It is such a joy for me to be able to follow their family. And see Sawyer turn into a tiny human, walking around, and smiling with those baby teeth. She is so stinking cute!
The first year always feels like it flies by, and their are SO many changes. One minute, you have a sleepy newborn. And the next, you are chasing a toddler around, who is saying her first words. I am honored to capture these moments and freeze them in time.
