As a Longmont Colorado Maternity & Newborn Photographer, I love getting to know my couples. We had so many fun adventures during this maternity session. On a hot summer evening, Roxana and Jeff gave me a tour of their family property. The perfect location to tell their story and celebrate their baby girl. The building in these pictures is a historic landmark, one of the oldest standing buildings in Longmont. Roxana’s purple dress was gorgeous, and I just love the contrast of old and new.
We then headed out to the silos for a stroll through the long wavy grasses. Did they know sunflowers are my favorite? In the apple orchard, I asked them to pose in front of the “Gator” which Jeff expertly drove around the property. It was such a unique experience for me, and I think I had a smile on my face the entire night, too. Roxana and Jeff stopped to change outfits in the barn before sunset. And then we headed out to a gorgeous lookout point to watch the sun kiss the mountain tops. This maternity session has so much rustic charm, and I look forward to getting the call to come back out to the farm when their baby girl arrives. They are going to have so many wonderful memories here…
