It’s hard to believe that it is already December! And it’s time to start thinking about holiday family pictures. December is a great time to schedule a portrait session. Especially if you are going to have family visiting from out of town for the holidays. This good looking family took advantage of the warm November weather we were having, and scheduled a family portrait session the weekend before Thanksgiving. I just love their navy and red color scheme, and the warm booties for the girls!
We headed over to McKay Lake for their family session, with is one of my favorite locations close to Erie. Even in the winter, the landscape is beautiful. And kids of all ages love exploring and climbing the tree stumps. Big sister, Emma, had no problem getting up there, even in her pretty dress. Ryann was a little more shy, but she showed me her dance moves when mom played some Taylor Swift music. Both girls lit up for Taylor. Mom said it’s just part of their daily dance routine at home. And I loved it!
