Here are some things to know about planning your Frisco Colorado Elopement at Officer’s Gulch:

• Location: Officer’s Gulch is a small lake located right off of I-70 between the town of Frisco and Copper Mountain. It is a popular spot for fishing, kayaking, and camping, but it is also a beautiful and secluded place to elope.
• Accessibility: Officer’s Gulch is easily accessible by car. There is a small parking lot located at the trailhead. The trail around the lake is easy to walk.
• Best time to elope: The best time to elope at Officer’s Gulch is during the summer and fall months, when the weather is mild and the scenery is at its best. However, you can elope here year-round, if desired.  This is also one of my favorite winter locations in the mountains.

Here are some additional tips for planning an elopement at Officer’s Gulch:

• Choose a ceremony location: There are many beautiful spots to have a ceremony at Officer’s Gulch. You can choose a spot along the lakeshore, in the forest, or on the bridge.
• Keep it simple: Elopements are all about intimacy and celebrating your love for each other. Don’t feel like you need to have a big, elaborate ceremony. Keep things simple and focus on what is most important to you.
• Enjoy the moment: Your elopement day is a special day, so take your time and enjoy every moment. Don’t worry about the details or the schedule. Just relax and enjoy each other’s company.
