When I first met Shannon for her Family Pictures at Shrine Pass, she made me cry right off the bat! She told me she choose me to capture her family because of my writing. She connected with the words I share on my website. And it’s ironic, because when I was in elementary school I wanted to be a writer. I would write poems and short stories constantly. It was my passion as a kid.
As a family photographer, so much more goes into my business besides just clicking a button. I tell stories through the images I create. But I also have to tell stories using my words.
