Brainard Lake has been on my bucket list for years! And this year, after the kids went back to school, I finally made it up here for a hike with a friend. As soon as I saw the views, I knew I had to plan a session here to capture the magic. Kate and her family were also looking for a new location for their family pictures this year, so when I suggested it, they were excited! We met for their family pictures at Brainard Lake on the last day of the season! And it was absolutely magical. We had sunshine, we had rain, we even had a little snow.
