For the second part of her session, we met in Frisco at the Rainbow Lake Trailhead, for her Fall Senior Pictures in the Mountains. I love this location for fall color in Summit County. And we were just luck enough to catch the last bit of yellow aspens this year.
Since it was a weekday, we also had the trail and the lake mostly to ourselves, which was incredible! From the Summit County Church parking lot, it is less than a half mile to walk up to Rainbow Lake. Well worth wandering through the groves of aspen trees, before getting to the lake and the 360 degree views.
