We lucked out with the perfect weather for these family pictures at the YMCA of the Rockies. This extended family gathered together in Estes Park for their family reunion, ages 1 to 92! Daddy Jack, 92, is the patriarch of the family, along with his daughter, and her sons and their families. It was such a treat to meet them all and capture these special moments for them. As an Estes Park Family Photographer, I could not have asked for a better group. We had a lot of laughs together taking pictures. Everyone was in a great mood, too, probably because they were all waiting for the birthday cake and ice cream back at the lodge. Haha! And Daddy Jack had the biggest smile on his face the entire time. And I can only hope that when I am 92, I am surrounded by my family in the Colorado mountains…

Estes Park is a great place to visit, and the YMCA of the Rockies offers so many family friendly activities all in one place. You are also just minutes from visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. It was a wonderful choice for this large extended family photo shoot. Naturally, we were surrounded by gorgeous mountain views!
