As a Broomfield family photographer, mom had contacted me about scheduling family pictures this spring. She immediately told me how she wanted to capture his chubby baby cheeks before he grows up. And I couldn’t appreciate this sentiment more. I have been thinking a lot lately, about how my own kids are growing up and changing overnight. And I remember how fast that first year goes by. There are so many sleepless nights, and so many big milestones that happen within the first year. And we are completely absorbed with our little babies, and their chubby cheeks, slobber, and wrist rolls. Oh, there is nothing sweeter than that first real smile and that first laugh. I literally had tears of joy the first time I heard my daughter giggle.
There is never going to be a better time to schedule family pictures, because tomorrow they are always going to be a little bit older…
