This is the story of Taylor and Aimee’s beautiful wedding day in the mountains. As a Breckenridge Wedding Photographer, I could not have imagined a more perfect day for their summer wedding.
When I first started talking with Taylor and Aimee, they were dreaming of an intimate wedding at Sapphire Point. But with the changes to the reservation system this year, and their wedding date approaching, they pivoted and were able to get married in a friend’s backyard in Blue River. And if I am being honest, I think it worked out perfectly!
They had already reserve THE HISTORIC BROWN in downtown Breckenridge, to get ready and have their reception. So that is where I met them, the morning of their wedding. It is such a charming venue, and I love their first look on the historic staircase. It was the perfect setting for them, with Taylor’s green suit and Aimee’s beautiful dress (with the pink converse shoes).
Then we all headed over the house in Blue River, for the backyard ceremony with their closest friends and family. We completely lucked out with the weather, no afternoon rain storms. And then we headed back to The Historic Brown for fun, dancing, and their reception!
