Hi friends! I have pulled together a list of the Best Locations for Pictures in the Mountains. These are some of my favorite locations that I keep coming back to over and over again, year after year. All of these locations are perfect for family, maternity, engagement or high school senior sessions.

This secluded location is worth the drive! Piney River Ranch is open from June 21, to the last Saturday in September, and it requires an additional permit for photoshoots. See more moments HERE.

Mayflower Gulch is a stunning location with 360 degree views of the mountains. This trailhead requires a 4×4 vehicle (or a 1.5 mile hike from the main parking lot), and the road does not open until middle to late June (depending on snow). See more moments HERE.
Secret Waterfall | Breckenridge, Colorado
If you love adventure, this majestic waterfall is a stunning location just south of Breckenridge. The road does not open until middle to late June (depending on snow), and closes after the first snow (in October or November). See more moments HERE.
